Return Process
- 1.Check Your Order
Inspect your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all items are present and in perfect condition.
- 2.Contact Support
If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approve a direct replacement.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
